I’ve been a professional DJ for over 27 years, working across busy venues and events before focusing my energy on weddings. Along the way I’ve played thousands of sets, built a deep music library, and learned what really keeps a crowd engaged from early evening right through to the final song.

That experience has opened some fun doors over the years — from winning a national DJ competition, to having my original music chart in an international DJ poll, to playing guest sets at major festivals and events. I’ve also spent time in the studio, releasing original tracks and remixes with a focus on groove and feel.

I’ve shared the stage with some well‑known Australian acts and DJs, and even put together a live project that combined DJing with vocals, sax and percussion. All of that performance and production experience now feeds into how I shape the sound and flow of a wedding — what to play, when to play it, and how to move between key moments without it ever feeling disjointed.

When my twin daughters arrived, I knew I wanted to lean into work that felt more personal and meaningful. That’s when weddings moved from being “part of what I do” to the heart of Mane Events. Since then, I’ve been lucky enough to be part of hundreds of wedding days, and it’s a privilege I don’t take lightly.
